Signs of Spring & a Hand-Me-Down Dress

Pi Day.
New chicks.
Fresh eggs, all colors.
Rainy days.
Sunny days.
It is officially spring, and we're embracing it all.

By the way, Natasha's dress is homemade. Not by me though, by her grandma back in 1963 as a 4-H project. Natasha wore it to church last Sunday and received a compliment from another girl saying, "Your dress is beautiful." I quite agree. The workmanship is very well done. It should be, after all, my Mom's 4-H advisor and sewing teacher was her mom!

The cost: $5.03. Can't beat that these days, can you? A hand-me-down dress saved 59 years!
