I've been cooking

I actually do a lot of it. But with a nice lens, it's hard not to take pictures of everything I make!

This is a carrot souffle, which I tried for the first time last week. This was the first food that Natasha learned to "scoop" versus "stab" with her little fork. Now she murmurs a little, "oop" whenever she "scoops" her food.

Yesterday we had fried zucchini. I usually dip zucchini in a whisked egg, then dredge it a seasoned flour mixture. But, I skipped the flour mixture and just did the egg. I did not neglect sprinkling a bit of cheese on them just before serving though!

Scotch Eggs were a new recipe a few weeks ago and we had fried plantains and sliced tomatoes with it. Very tasty indeed.
