I must share that I have never tried eggplant. I think this is one that must be shared :)

ReplyDeleteMy guys wouldn't touch this with a ten-foot pole, but to me, it looks really good. :) I've never had mashed cauliflower before, just with cheese sauce or in a cold salad. Thanks for sharing the picture!
