Freezer Paper Stencils
I first tried this tutorial out on little shirt for Natasha:

But I didn't read the instructions carefully enough, and didn't
catch that matte paint is the preferable kind to purchase.
I bought velveteen.
Which, worked fine, but it wasn't the look I was going for.
Oh well.
Not one to waste what I already have, it's what I used for Daddy's OSU shirt.

(After I had my stencil ironed on the right side of the shirt,
I realized it probably ought to be above the pocket.
So I moved it.)
I used the same matte paint for a shirt for Daniel as well:
